Natural Gas

From 1998 through 2008, natural gas prices were very volatile, but they rarely dipped below 200 mg per million BTU. In mid-January 2009, however, support at 200 was broken, and no rally since has managed to get above the 170 mg level. A new record low of 41.8 mg was set on March 8, 2012.
